AYEPS

AYEPS (Allegany Youth Enrichment Program Services) is a grassroots, non-profit 501c3 organization, started by three law enforcement officers (on their own time) that witnessed the need for positive, meaningful outlets, especially after school youth services, to address the needs of the children in Allegany County.  Our mission is “to offer a safe, secure and structured environment where the youth can go and participate in group activities with persons their own age. Through this they learn team building, leadership and self-esteem.”  Our organization plans on rolling out several programs that will help children who may be traveling down the wrong path, are homeless, have been bullied, have low self-esteem, are in need of someone to believe in them or just want to become involved in something productive.    We welcome any youth in the area, from all backgrounds and social status.
